Sébastien brings nearly 30 years of experience in government relations and public affairs, with deep expertise across Québec’s political, regulatory, and institutional landscape. A seasoned strategist, he has advised senior ministers of the Québec government, mayors of major cities, and federal elected officials on complex and high-impact issues.

Throughout his career, Sébastien has held senior advisory roles with key decision-makers, including the Deputy Premier and President of the Treasury Board, the Minister of Public Security, the Minister of Education, and the Minister of Higher Education. He has also worked closely with municipal leadership across Québec, providing strategic counsel on governance, stakeholder engagement, and major public dossiers.

Sébastien specializes in the development and execution of integrated public affairs strategies, combining government relations, media positioning, and issue management. He is recognized for his strong understanding of Québec’s parliamentary, legislative, and regulatory processes, and for his ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with precision and credibility.

His experience includes advising on large-scale infrastructure and public sector projects such as the construction of the new CHUM, the Turcot Interchange reconstruction, and the Université de Montréal’s MIL Campus. He has also supported clients through public consultations, including environmental hearings before the BAPE, as well as high-profile media engagements and parliamentary proceedings.

A trusted advisor, Sébastien is known for his ability to align stakeholders, shape strategic narratives, and position organizations effectively with government authorities. His pragmatic approach and strong communication skills enable him to build consensus and advance his clients’ priorities in highly sensitive and dynamic contexts.

Sébastien holds a degree in public administration from the École nationale d’administration publique (ÉNAP). He has also been actively involved in his community, notably as a founding board member of the Centre national d’entraînement de ski acrobatique de Val-Saint-Côme.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me skiing with my daughters in the winter or happily playing chauffeur to their many activities, balanced by quieter moments walking our family dog.
